Directions:  In Emerald Isle, NC from the bend in NC 58 or Emerald Drive, just north and west of Holiday Travel Park, turn onto Coast Guard Road.  Go approximately 1.3 miles and turn right at Bluff Court.  Sale at 9914 Bluff Court.  For GPS users, enter 9914 Bluff Court, Emerald Isle, NC  28594.  Due to restrictive auction sign rules of the Town of Emerald Isle, signage will be minimal and may be difficult to see.  If you do not have GPS, or feel you need assistance in finding the location, please call (252) 235-2200 for directions to the auction.

 

Terms:  10% down day of sale of which $25,000 must be in certified funds.  Balance is due in 30 days. 7% Buyers’ Premium will be added to determine total contract purchase prices.
